Ironically, I have a way to wash dishes in my van, but I don't have a dedicated kitchen/cooking area yet, so I still make meals the same way I always did on tent camping trips.
- My all-time favorite way of cooking on the road is over a campfire, especially for dinner.
- I make no cooking needed meals right out of the cooler, such as a cold cut platter.
- I always have my propane gas stove as a backup for more traditional meals.
- For quick and easy meals, such as soups, I use a Jetboil.
