Hello fellow travelers. While I'm not a four plus wheel traveler, I'm a big time motorcyclist with interest seeking new destinations. A mountain, lake, valley, etc, destination is the same no matter how you get there. The Texas Hill Country is my base and being recently retired looking for new destinations. I'm looking forward to reading about y'all's journeys.

Sweet rides!

I went cross country on a chopped Honda 750 in 1974. Shipped the bike from Hawaii to Los Angeles. Picked up the bike at the port and took 30 days to get to Connecticut, USA.

Maybe not as great as cruising on a Harley - but heck... the air in the hair, the road rushing by and not a care in the world...

Hey - I had a CB-500 for years back in the mid-70s and loved it.
I also had a big Harley Ultra and loved it too. They both are good bikes. (IMO).

I learned to ride on a late 70's CB550 in high school.

A few of my buddies got together and bought it to hide from our parents.

It was named Joe Stalin's Cadillac by the previous owner and we thought we were Boss.
